The New York State Office of Mental Health has implemented Legal Files case management software, a system being adopted by an increasing number of government and public sector organizations, for its Office of Counsel, Legal Files Software, Inc. announced today.
Legal Files has enabled the Office to more efficiently manage a large number of files and work collaboratively, when needed.
Before the implementation of Legal Files, the office did not have an electronic legal case management system in place, using a combination of Excel spreadsheets, network drive folders, local drive folders, Outlook folders and physical paper files to manage legal operations.
