Legal Files Software, Inc., a leading provider of case and document management solutions, is proud to announce that the legal department of Service Employees International Union, Local 32BJ is now using Legal Files case and document management system to streamline its legal operations.
SEIU Local 32BJ, a local of the Service Employees International Union based in New York City, represents approximately 175,000 members, making it the largest union of property service workers in the nation. The union’s members include janitors, doorpersons, security officers, window cleaners, building engineers, railroad workers and school and food service workers across various industries and sectors.
The legal department of SEIU Local 32BJ plays a pivotal role in providing legal support for the union’s organizing and legislative campaigns, labor and employment litigation, collective bargaining negotiations, and labor arbitrations. By leveraging Legal Files’ comprehensive case and document management capabilities, the legal team aims to enhance efficiency, collaboration and organization across these critical functions, according to the union’s General Counsel Katchen Locke.
