Legal Files Software, Inc., a popular provider of legal case management solutions for government legal departments, has added the Goochland, Virginia, County Attorney’s Office to its list of customers.
“Legal Files’ reputation as a trusted and reliable partner to government offices in both the United States and Canada underscores our technology’s ability to combine the reasonable cost of a commercial, off-the-shelf solution with the customization capabilities of a more expensive custom-built solution,” Legal Files Software CEO John Kanoski said.
Once implementation is complete, the County Attorney’s new Legal Files case management system will be used to track and manage various kinds of legal cases (litigation, code enforcement, real property, etc.) as well as other types of files (advice, general inquiry, freedom of information requests, etc.).
The Goochland County Attorney also plans to use Legal Files’ built-in document management system to electronically manage all types of documents, contracts, correspondence, and research. Legal Files’ robust search functionality will be used to quickly locate and retrieve relevant documents and email, even when staff is working remotely.
In addition to county level customers, Legal Files Software, Inc. serves government customers at the municipal, state/provincial, regional and federal level, as well as native sovereign nations.
