“Legal Files, especially with its automated workflow features and user assignment wizards, now equips us with unparalleled innovations, empowering our team to handle legal matters with enhanced precision and efficiency.”
Legal Files Software, Inc., a leading provider of case and matter management solutions, is pleased to announce that the Human Resources Department at the University of Idaho has recently joined the ranks of Legal Files customers. This expansion is a testament to the continued success and satisfaction of the University’s Office of General Counsel, which has been utilizing Legal Files as its legal matter management system since 2015.
Brandi Terwilliger, Director of HR at the University of Idaho, recognized the imperative need for a comprehensive solution to streamline the management of employment matters, spanning employee relations, ADA, FMLA/leaves, background check discrepancies, retirement, conflicts of interests and non renewals.
“The transition to Legal Files marks a significant milestone for our HR department,” Terwilliger said. “Since we were relying on Access databases to handle our case management needs, our department encountered substantial limitations that impeded operational efficiency. Legal Files, especially with its automated workflow features and user assignment wizards, now equips us with unparalleled innovations, empowering our team to handle legal matters with enhanced precision and efficiency.”
To facilitate a smooth transition, Legal Files Software’s in-house project installation specialists provided comprehensive support to the HR team. This included project management, installation services, configuration assistance, and both administrative and end-user training. The goal was to equip the University of Idaho’s HR department with the tools and knowledge necessary to fully leverage the capabilities of Legal Files.
“We are thrilled to welcome the University of Idaho’s HR Department to the Legal Files family,” said Legal Files Software CEO John Kanoski. “Our longstanding partnership with the University’s Office of General Counsel has paved the way for this expansion, and we are confident that the HR department will experience the same level of success and efficiency in managing their legal matters.”
