“We’re excited to transition our hard copy and electronic employee files onto the Legal Files platform. Having successfully used Legal Files in our legal department for over a decade, we’re confident that this expansion will streamline our HR processes and improve our ability to manage employee information efficiently.”
Legal Files Software, Inc., a leading provider of legal case and matter management solutions, today announced that HR Green, Inc. has expanded its use of Legal Files to include the company’s Human Resources Department. This expansion builds upon the successful implementation of Legal Files by HR Green’s Corporate and Legal Affairs office, which has been using the system since 2011.
The decision to bring HR Green’s Human Resources Department onto the Legal Files platform underscores the software’s versatility and effectiveness across various organizational functions. HR Green is also leveraging Legal Files’ Enterprise System, enabling multiple departments to maintain separate, secure data views within a unified database.
“We’re excited to transition our hard copy and electronic employee files onto the Legal Files platform,” said Natalie Whitten, Human Resources Manager at the engineering and consulting firm. “Having successfully used Legal Files in our legal department for over a decade, we’re confident that this expansion will streamline our HR processes and improve our ability to manage employee information efficiently.”
The HR department plans to use Legal Files to manage various aspects of employee records, including:
- Pre-Employment Records
- Employee Benefits & Leave documents
- Employee Acknowledgements and Agreements
- Performance Management & Development Records
“We’re thrilled to further strengthen our relationship with HR Green,” John Kanoski, CEO of Legal Files Software, Inc., said. “This expansion highlights the adaptability of our software and its ability to meet the diverse needs of organizations across different departments. Legal Files is incredibly flexible, making it a perfect fit for legal departments or any area, such as human resources, which handles files, cases, incidents, complaints, and investigations.”
To ensure an additional layer of separation between the two departments, HR Green is utilizing Legal Files Enterprise System. According to Kanoski, the Enterprise system offers HR Green the flexibility to share resources between departments while maintaining each department’s autonomy and functionality. This approach allows for consistent configuration across the organization, while still accommodating the specific needs and autonomy of each.
