“Utilizing Legal Files will lead to efficient communication and enhanced document and case management, which will enhance our ability to provide a quality work product in a timely manner.”
The City of North Las Vegas has entered into an agreement with Legal Files Software, Inc. to license its document and case management software for use by the City Attorney’s Office, the software developer announced today.
After vetting numerous vendors, Legal Files Software, Inc. was selected as the most capable of meeting the needs of the City Attorney’s Office, according to City Attorney Micaela Moore. “Legal Files offers a comprehensive legal document management system and provides a team concept to case management, sharing and integrating the varied responsibilities and work product of staff, attorneys, legal assistants and administrators.”
Legal Files will support the City Attorney’s Office in handling “a wide range of legal and administrative functions,” Moore explained. “Utilizing Legal Files will lead to efficient communication and enhanced document and legal case management, which will enhance our ability to provide a quality work product in a timely manner,” she said.
As part of the project, Legal Files Software, Inc. is also providing custom programming services to convert data from the department’s legacy document management system.
